Verdict: Anatomy of a Secret Life

I think I learned a lot of "secrets" by reading this book.  In an attempt to make its point clear to the reader, the author sometimes uses well-known figures (and their real secret lives) as illustrations.  This was an interesting and clever book.  At the end, it is a bit of a subtle advertisement towards the benefits of therapy, but I thought it was a fun read.

Recommend.

I just use the time that should be spent reading my textbook for class ;)

Actually sometimes I stay up later than I should to get the reading in. The guilt factor of having bought so many books and then not reading them? Yeah, works powerfully.
