Verdict: The Accidental Asian

I wouldn't call this a book, per se. I'll go with "a collection of essays." Eric Liu writes about being Asian, being Chinese... but not feeling it, really. A book about race and heritage, or lack of; about its importance, or unimportance. Of being an outsider when you aren't, of being an insider when you aren't. A memoir.

I wasn't going to recommend this book at first, but I do. It may have more meaning for Americans of Chinese descent, but good reading for all.
