Just finished a 30-minute workout: did just under 6 miles on the stationary bike, and burned 313.0 calories (according to the computer on the bike). 

At around minute 24-25 I was seriously feeling RAVENOUSLY HUNGRY, or thirsty, but by minute 26 I had to stop, and throw up my lunch.  Yes, not dinner, as the time (10:27pm) would suggest, but lunch.  So that's another plus, I suppose - more calories out of my system.  Then I felt a lot better and returned to the bike - figured I spent about a minute throwing up, so added a minute to the workout.  Am seriously sweating now!  Damn.  Should probably get some water.  Overall, I feel great! 

Here's to my first workout in like... many, many months!

woo hoo!! omg should've joined you...damn school and hw...i miss downtown gym btw..even though its changed a little...oh wells.....btw those carlorie meters on the equipment make me happy..because they are inflated..sigh hehe, not to ruin your day or anything. try the elliptical, it is like twice as many calories than you actually burn..love it!!
