PandaDementia Ok, so no one will back me up in a boycott of @jephjacques? I want my damn shirts or my money back!!

I understand/hope that the recent switch to Topatoco for their merchandise (vs. doing it themselves) will be much better. Testing that out now.

I don't know how Topataco is with their mailouts - we're assuming that the shirts are printed in quantity, stocked, and then shipped when ordered. (Hopefully NOT printed on demand.)

But I remember JJ mentioning maybe a month back in his twitter feed that he was doing a mass shipment of shirts. I guess he just holds the orders, possibly prints shirts as he needs them, and then proceeds to mail it out?

I hope you get yours soon. That's a crazy long time to wait.. and terrible customer service. -_-;

Hey Audra!

Well as far as my order with JJ & Co. is concerned, it was back in November '07, and I received the order January '08. However, I did not receive 1 of the 3 items I had ordered, and of the 2 items I did receive, 1 was the wrong size. After emailing with no response since January '08, I had just given up and written it off.

So really, I wasn't so much frustrated at wait time (although it was pretty long), but more the whole thing was order-gone-wrongage + no response. I'd thought maybe it was just my order, but now, supposing not so much the case. I almost feel better.

Anyway, I'm hoping that the partnership with Topatoco will have fixed things. I placed the order yesterday, and today I already have an email, saying my order has been shipped! =D
